    Oh! I really want some Muhly, no one sells it over here, yet! Do you think it needs a warmer summer than we get?

HA The muhly does like the heat, but I don’t know why it is not available there. It is rarely seen here also, a mystery to me. Maybe if people ask for it the nurseries will get some. :-)

  12. Congratulations, Frances–you are well-deserving of every one of these awards! Your photography is stunning, and your garden is on my list of “must-see” gardens. But it is the story you tell with each post that always brings me back. Thanks for enlightening us with your gardening knowledge, and for making me smile every time I come here.

    By the way, I wanted to mention before Saturday that if you are watching the PSU game on TV with your family, to look for me on television. We’ll be sitting on the west side of the stadium at the beginning of the horseshoe. I’ll be the one in the orange shirt:)

Don’t spend all your winnings at one nursery! p.s. Saw my first Muhly in the flesh last week – none were as pretty as yours – can’t get your photos out of my head.
